HELLO AND WELCOME TO THE LOOP. You have just signed up to be part of the best Christian group on the WEB. Being on the LOOP is easy and very fun. The 1st thing you will need to do is set up your address book. The way to do this (If U an AOL member) is go to mail center and click on address books.. U will have an box with 4 choices.. Click on new group and in the name of the group type CLOOP and U loop # (For example CLOOP 5) then hit the tab key and put the names of your group in the big box. There is 2 ways U can do this. #1- (Name), (Name), (Name). #2- (Name,Name,Name,Name) If you have your address book set up correctly you can send one email to eveyone on your loopie list with just a click of the button. The 1st letter that I recommend is telling the Loop about yourself. You will have people that join the LOOP and people that will leave the LOOP. Please pay attention to the updates that your Captain sends out. Before I send you an list of your LOOP members PLEASE review the LOOP rules below The Loop Rules 1.) No Spam Mail 2.) No chain Letters of any kind 3.) Do not give the loop list out to non loop members. 4.) Do not add anyone to your loop list unless you receive an update. 5.) Do not remove anyone from your loop list unless you receive update. 6.) Please try to open all email. 7.) Do not delete unless it is unavoidable. 8.) Please do not send more than 3 emails a day. (Updates from captains and prayer requests do not count) 9.) Please email everyone on your provided Loopie list. 10.) Enjoy yourselves. Meet new Friends.
